We don’t just have the best network; it’s also green. And the best thing about the green network: it’s getting a lot greener.
IT CAN ALWAYS GET GREENER.
As a huge company, we are constantly thinking about the future. But not just our own, but that of the planet. Because without it, even the best network won’t work – at all. That’s why we are fully committed to sustainability, and have already taken an important step: We support the 1.5 degree target of the Paris Climate Agreement and we’ re doing our part.
To do so, we have set our own ambitious climate targets. And we’ve already got started: Because since 2021, all of our 291 million customers are surfing in a network that is fed 100% renewable energies.
But our actual plan is even greener:
By 2025, we will be climate neutral in corporate emissions. And by 2040 at the latest, we will be completely climate-neutral along our entire value chain. And by 2040 at the latest, we will be completely climate-neutral along our entire value chain.
Bye bye, CO2!
